I can not wait for break. Over the break i am going to my cousins house in Berlin. I haven't seen her since last year!. She is 26 and she is going to be getting engaged to this man named Mike and i get to meet him for the first time over the break. I am very excited. She has two bull mastifs and my dad is freaking out ... lol. He is saying things to me like " Bryanna what if the dogs eat you". lol. He needs some help. Well i will write while im on break to tell you how it is going!

Wow, what can i say. I never thought that as a sophmore in highschool i could have so much fun in english and creative writing. After this week i have noticed that deep down inside i am still a child. I usually do not participate when it comes to singing or having a good time in front of people. This week i have . Honestly i think i owe it to the class. Everyone, especially Allison get so into spider week. She is always singing loud, and she is never afraid to show everyone who she really is. After looking at her i decided that i should show everyone the other side of me. The Bryanna that is outgoing, energetic and not afraid of what people think of her. I couldn't have done this without Allison and her spirit toward spider week, so the Spider Queen i think should be given to Allison. I think she deserves it . Anyone that can make a girl like me get up and sing without even saying anything to me deserves the crown.

I HATE reading, but there is one book that hooked me in like no other. "Do You Know The Monkey Man"? was most the best book i have ever read. This is a mysterious book, that really makes you think and want to know what's going to happen next. How would you feel if someone said to you..."My sister drowned when she was young, but i tonight i got a phone call from her". These were the words that attracted my eyes to this book. Just place yourslef in that girl's position. I never read, and i dont even understand what attracted my eyes to the cover of this book. Maybe it was the title. Looking at the title i said to myself, "who is the monkey man"?. My first inpression of the book was that it sounded stupid and silly but then i read the preview and i knew it was going to suck me in. This book, is what inspired me to be an author when i am older. I want to be able to get the teenagers that dont like to read, attached to a book, because once you find one book that hooks you in, you tend to give more books a chance. Take this book out of the library you won't regret it.
